👥 Multi-Player in Enzzo: Assign Owners to Requirements
July 25, 2025
We heard from teams using Enzzo that they want to assign owners to individual requirements. Today we just released new functionality to make that easy. Assign Ownership – so the Right People are Defining their Area
Every requirement plays a role in defining what gets built. We know each requirement has a cost, pros/cons, tradeoffs, and often can be solved in many ways. Specialists working on key product areas can allow for magic to happen. Now, with Owners, you can make sure each requirement has a clear owner—and that you're leveraging individual talents to help define the best possible product.
Why It Matters
We built this for Cross-Functional Product Teams. Assigning ownership ensures:
1. Clear accountability for each part of the spec. 2. Focused collaboration, with the right experts weighing in where they’re needed most. 3. Faster iteration, as team members can directly edit, comment on, or expand related requirements in their domain.
Whether you're defining the user onboarding flow or refining a hinge mechanism, Ownership assignment helps ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
How It Works
Using the new feature is simple:
1. Open your product workspace in Enzzo.
2. Navigate to Specs > Requirements.
3. Click to assign an Owner within a requirement by typing in a co-worker’s name.
4. Once assigned, the designated teammate receives an email and in-app notification prompting them to review, update, or contribute to the requirement.
They can also use Enzzo AI to talk with target personas, gain more insight, help refine the requirement, or draft new ones to edit.
