Enzzo use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

However, as no electronic transmission or storage of personal information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your personal information.‍ Your obligations include monitoring your account activities, choosing a secure password, and maintaining the confidentiality of your password. We cannot guarantee the security of any personal information that you send to our Services, nor can we guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. If you elect to provide any personal information to us, you should be aware that you provide it at your own risk. Enzzo cannot be held responsible for your failure to keep your account information secure.

International Visitors.‍ As of the “Last Updated” date indicated on this page, Enzzo is not subject to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union or the United Kingdom, nor to any state-level data privacy laws of the U.S. in effect as of that date (including California, Connecticut, Colorado, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Virginia). Our Services are hosted in the United States and we transfer and process personal information from within the United States. If you choose to use our Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Services.
