Generating a PRD in Enzzo
By Maja Gunz · 5 min read · Last updated October 2026
Enzzo builds a product requirements document (PRD) from the work already in your workspace: goals, personas, requirements and competitive insights. You generate it from the Artifacts section, customize the sections, branding and requirements table, then export it as a PDF.
What you'll get
A branded PRD as a PDF, with the sections, requirements table and product images you choose.
Before you start
You need a product workspace in Enzzo. The PRD draws on the work already in it, so the more of the earlier gate work is done, such as customer evidence, personas and requirements, the more complete the first draft.
Steps
1
Open or create your workspace
Go to Workspaces and open your product, or click New Workspace and describe your concept in the chat. Use the chat to define goals, features, target personas and competitive insights.
2
Generate the PRD
In the left sidebar, open Artifacts and click Generate PRD, then choose Generate PDF. A Google Doc option is also available, with fewer customization options.

3
Set branding and the cover page
Add your logo, upload a custom font and add a footer with version, page numbers or other details. Click Customize on the cover page to update the author, creation date and version number.
4
Choose the sections
Toggle sections on or off. To add your own, click Add Section in the left panel.
5
Set up the requirements table
Filter requirements by category, group them by priority, component or function, change the priority codes, choose which columns appear and add alternating row colors.

6
Choose the images
Select which product images to include, then replace, reorder or remove them.

Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of a text block. Edit by hand, or highlight text and use Magic Edit.

FAQ
Should I choose PDF or Google Doc?
Choose PDF for full control over branding, sections and the requirements table. The Google Doc option suits teams who edit together in Google Docs, with fewer customization options.
Where do the requirements in the PRD come from?
From the requirements in your product, which Enzzo drafts across categories such as functional, mechanical, electrical, software, environmental and manufacturing. Review and prioritize them before you generate the PRD.
Can I change the PRD after exporting?
The PDF is a snapshot. Make your changes in Enzzo and generate it again.
