Writing a PR/FAQ in Enzzo
By Maja Gunz · 4 min read · Last updated October 2026
A PR/FAQ is a one-page press release written as if your product had already launched. Writing it before you build makes you state the problem, the solution and who it is for in plain language. Enzzo drafts it from the concept work already in your workspace, and you refine it from there.
What you'll get
A one-page press release for your product in seven parts, based on your workspace's concept data and written in your company's voice. You can edit it in Enzzo at any time.
Before you start
You need a workspace with the first task (Problem and Solution) complete. The PR/FAQ stays locked until then. While drafting, Enzzo asks for a target price and a launch date. Have rough numbers ready; you can change them later.
Steps
1
Open PR/FAQ
In your workspace sidebar, go to Concept › PR/FAQ.
2
Generate the draft
Click Generate PR/FAQ and answer Enzzo's questions about target price and launch date. Enzzo writes the press release from your problem, solution, personas and company context.

3
Review the seven parts
The press release has seven parts: heading, subheading, summary and problem, solution, company quote, customer quote, and call to action. Check that the problem matches what your customer evidence shows, and that the solution is described from the customer's side, not the engineering side.

Edit inline
Click into the text and edit it directly. Your changes are saved automatically.

5
Refine with Enzzo chat
For larger changes, ask Enzzo in chat. For example: "make the customer quote sound like a plant operations manager" or "tighten the summary to three sentences."
Tips for a strong PR/FAQ
• Write the problem the way a customer would describe it.
• Make the heading something a customer would click on, not an internal project name.
• If the press release is hard to write, the concept probably isn't clear yet. Go back to the Problem and Solution task and sharpen it there first.
FAQ
Can I export the PR/FAQ?
There is no export button yet. To share it, copy the text, or add teammates to the workspace.
Why is PR/FAQ locked?
It needs the Problem and Solution task to be complete first, so the press release has something real to draw on.
