Bringing in your existing work

Bringing your existing work into Enzzo

By Maja Gunz · 5 min read · Last updated October 2026

You don't have to start from a blank page. Enzzo can build a new workspace from a document or web page you already have, keep your files as product knowledge, read attachments in chat, and pull in Miro boards.

Four ways to bring work in

• Start a new workspace from an existing document or website.

• Upload files to a workspace's Product Knowledge.

• Attach files in Enzzo chat.

• Import Miro boards into Product Knowledge.

Enzzo also connects to Jira, Confluence, Notion, Linear and Google, but those connections send your Enzzo work out to those tools. Miro is the outside tool that brings content in.

Start a workspace from a document or website

1. Click New Workspace

Choose Import from an existing document to start from a file you already have.

2. Upload the document

PDF, DOCX, PPT, PPTX and TXT files work, up to 32MB per file. A concept brief, an earlier PR/FAQ or a product one-pager are good starting points.

3. Check what Enzzo found

Enzzo pulls out the product title, description and goals, launch date and markets, launch volume, retail price, dimensions and key specs, and drafts starter business requirements.

4. Choose privacy

Set the product as private or organization-wide. You can change this later.

To build on a product that already exists, choose Make a new version of an existing product and enter a URL or documentation. When you start from a web page, Enzzo reads the page and uses its preview image as the workspace image where it can.

If a web page can't be read, save it as a PDF (Print, then Save as PDF in your browser) and upload the PDF instead. If a document is too thin, Enzzo tells you it couldn't extract enough product details.

Add files to Product Knowledge

Each workspace has a Product Knowledge library. Everything in it is available to Enzzo when it works on that product.

1. Open Product Knowledge

In the workspace sidebar, go to Artifacts › Product Knowledge.

2. Upload files

Click Upload. PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPT, PPTX and TXT files are supported.

3. Import from Miro

Click Import › Miro, connect your Miro account and pick the boards. Enzzo pulls in the text from the board items.

You can search, filter by format, preview and delete files. Adding or removing files needs edit access to the workspace.

Attach files in chat

Use the upload button, drag and drop files onto the chat, or paste an image. Chat accepts PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPT, PPTX and TXT, plus JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP and WEBP images.

When you attach a file in a workspace chat, Enzzo also saves it to that workspace's Product Knowledge, so you can use it again later.

What Enzzo does with your files

• Enzzo reads the text. For PowerPoint that includes slides, speaker notes and charts, and it scans slide images for text when a slide has little text. For Excel it reads every sheet.

• It stores the text so it can search it, and brings the most relevant passages into chat as context.

• When an answer draws on a file, Enzzo cites the source file.

• Files with no readable text are rejected with the message "No text found in the document".

• If your organization screens uploads for personal data, files that contain it are rejected until the personal data is removed.

FAQ

Can I import from Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, Confluence or Jira?

No. Download the file and upload it to Enzzo instead. Enzzo can export to Notion, Confluence, Jira, Linear and Google, and Miro is the tool it imports from.

Which file types can't I upload?

Older .doc and .xls files, CSV, Markdown, RTF, Keynote, Pages, HTML, audio and video. Save them as PDF, DOCX, XLSX or PPTX first.

Do files I attach in chat stay in the workspace?

Yes. In a workspace chat, attachments are saved to that workspace's Product Knowledge.
