Quick start: your first workspace
By Maja Gunz · 5 min read · Last updated October 2026
Sign in, create a workspace for your first product and invite your team. It takes about 10 minutes.
What you'll get
A workspace for your first product concept, your team invited, and a clear picture of where everything lives in Enzzo.
Before you start
Use Enzzo in a desktop browser. You need a work email address that your organization has added to Enzzo.
Steps
1
Sign in
Go to our sign-in page and enter your work email. Enzzo emails you a 6-digit code. Enter the code to sign in.
If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
2
Get oriented
You land on Workspaces, your home base. The tabs at the top filter your view: All Workspaces, Created by me and Shared with me.
The left sidebar has New Chat, Workspaces, Chat History and Account. Colleagues can keep workspaces private, so you won't see every product in your company.

3
Create a workspace
Click New Workspace in the top right corner. Enzzo opens the chat and asks three quick questions you answer with a click. Then you continue in the chat to set up the workspace.
Describe your concept in plain language. You can refine everything later.
4
Look around your workspace
The left sidebar groups your product work that you generate when working through the stage-gate tasks:
• Concept: Overview, Personas, User Stories, PR/FAQ, Images
• Market: Competitors, Insights & Size, Voice of Customer
• Program Essentials
• Spec: Requirements, Components, Block Diagram
• Artifacts: Document, Pitch Deck, Web Page, Product Knowledge
5
Invite your team
On the workspace Overview, click + next to Collaborators. Enter a colleague's email and choose Editor or Viewer.
Editors can create and change content. Viewers can view and comment.
