Integrations vs. AI Tools: what's the difference?

Integrations send your Enzzo work to the tools your team already uses, such as Jira, Confluence, Notion and Google. AI Tools give Enzzo chat new abilities by connecting another app's MCP server, so chat can read from and create in that app directly.

How it works
Connects your account so Enzzo can export there, plus built-in chat actions
Connects the app's MCP server so chat can use all of that app's tools
Apps
Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), Google (Docs and Slides), Notion, Linear, Miro, Slack
Atlassian, Google, Notion, Linear, Miro, or any MCP server by URL
The two are separate. Connecting Atlassian under Integrations doesn't connect it under AI Tools, and the other way around. Both are per user: each person connects their own accounts.
Integrations
1. Connect
Under Settings › Integrations, click Connect on an app and sign in.
2. Set preferences
Use Preference to set defaults such as your Jira project, Confluence spaces and Linear team. Enzzo preselects them when it creates tickets or pages.
• With these connections, chat can create Jira issues, list Jira projects and issues, list Confluence spaces, search Notion and create Linear issues and labels.
• Slack connects the Enzzo PM bot. You can connect several Slack workspaces.
• Disconnect Account removes a connection.
AI Tools
1. Open AI Tools
Click AI Tools in the sidebar.
2. Connect a tool
Click Connect on a suggested tool and sign in, or click Add Tool and enter a name, an https server URL and an optional API token.
3. Check the status
Each tool shows Connected, Needs authorization or Error, and how many tools it makes available.
• You can connect up to 8 tools.
• Chat uses a connected tool when your request calls for it, without a separate confirmation step.
If you don't see AI Tools in the sidebar, contact your Enzzo team.
FAQ
Which one do I need to export requirements to Jira?
Integrations. Connect Atlassian under Settings › Integrations, then use Export on the Requirements page.
Which one lets Enzzo chat read my Notion pages?
AI Tools. Connect Notion there and chat can use Notion's tools directly.
Does connecting a tool for me connect it for my team?
No. Each person connects their own accounts.
