Connecting Enzzo to Claude or ChatGPT

Enzzo has its own MCP server. Add it as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in with your Enzzo account, and the assistant can read your Enzzo workspaces: products, requirements, personas, competitive analysis and risks.
What the assistant can access
• Your products, requirements, personas, competitive analysis, and risks with their mitigations.
• Search across products, requirements and personas.
• Only what you can see in Enzzo.
The connection is read-only. The assistant can't create or change anything in Enzzo.
If the connection is refused when you sign in, contact your Enzzo team.

Connect Claude
1. Add a connector
In Claude (claude.ai or Claude Desktop), open Settings › Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
2. Enter the details
Name it Enzzo, paste the server URL and click Add.
3. Sign in and allow
Sign in to Enzzo. On the screen "Connect Claude to Enzzo", review the read-only access and click Allow.
Connect ChatGPT
1. Check your plan
Custom connectors need a paid ChatGPT plan with Developer Mode turned on under Settings › Connectors › Advanced.
2. Add a connector
Go to Settings › Connectors and add a connector.
3. Enter the details
Paste the server URL and choose OAuth for authentication. Leave the API key fields blank.
4. Sign in and allow
Sign in to Enzzo, click Allow, then turn on Enzzo in your chat.
Menu names in Claude and ChatGPT change from time to time. If a step doesn't match, look for Connectors in the app's settings.
Good to know
• No API keys. You sign in with your Enzzo account.
• The connection stays active for up to 90 days before you sign in again.
• Up to 20 requests per minute.
• Every request is logged.
• To disconnect, remove or turn off the connector in Claude or ChatGPT. To revoke access fully, contact your Enzzo team.
• If you leave your organization, access stops immediately.
FAQ
Can Claude or ChatGPT change my Enzzo data?
No. The connection is read-only.
Will my teammates' private products show up?
No. The assistant only sees what you can see in Enzzo.
Do I need an API key?
No. You sign in with your Enzzo account.
