What Enzzo saves and learns

What Enzzo saves and learns about you, your products and your organization

By Maja Gunz · 5 min read · Last updated October 2026

Enzzo keeps your workspace content, your files and your chats. From your chats it also builds a personal memory, made of facts and a knowledge graph, that it uses to make its answers more relevant to you. Your conversations are not used to train AI models.

What Enzzo learns from using it

After each chat exchange, Enzzo picks out two kinds of long-term memory:

• Facts: lasting things about you, such as your preferences, goals, background, domain expertise and important context. Temporary or task-specific details are left out. When you say something that contradicts an older fact, Enzzo updates or removes it.

• Knowledge graph: the connections between people, places, organizations, concepts and products, stored as subject, relation and object. For example, you work at a company, or you prefer a certain approach.

In each new chat, Enzzo looks up the few facts and connections most relevant to your message and gives them to the AI as background. That is how answers get more specific to you over time.

Memory is personal. It belongs to your user account. It isn't shared with your organization or tied to a single product.

See your memory

Open Memory in the sidebar, under Settings. The page shows "Facts and relationships the AI has learned about you from your conversations", with two tabs: Facts and Knowledge Graph. The knowledge graph is an interactive diagram.

If you don't see the Memory page in Enzzo, contact your Enzzo team.

What Enzzo saves about you

• Your profile: name, email, job title, company, phone, photo and role.

• Your preferences, such as your default Jira project, Linear team and Confluence space, and your theme.

• Sign-in times and how you use the app.

• Feedback you give on chat answers.

What Enzzo saves about your organization

• Name, logo, brand colors, email domains and seats.

• Organization context: a description of your company that Enzzo uses in chat, PR/FAQ drafts and product scoring.

• A design language that is applied to generated images.

• Shared libraries: shared personas, document templates and stage-gate program templates.

Organization context and design language aren't learned from use, and they can't be edited in the app.

What Enzzo saves about your products

Everything in a workspace is saved with it: description, goals, budget, price, launch information, specs, milestones, requirements, risks, personas, competitors, documents, images, videos, user stories, interviews, gate tasks and outputs, comments and change history. When you chat inside a workspace, Enzzo reads this directly.

Files and chats

• Files are stored securely and split into searchable passages. Inside a workspace, Enzzo only searches that workspace's files. Outside a workspace, it searches your own files and your organization's.

• Chats and their messages are saved so you can come back to them.

AI models and training

Enzzo chat uses leading models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, and picks the model automatically. As the note under the chat box says, your conversations with Enzzo are not used to train any models.

Enzzo learning about you is different from model training. Your memory is stored for your account and looked up when it's relevant. The underlying AI models don't change.
