Private vs. organization products

Every product in Enzzo is either Private or Organization. A private product is visible only to you and the people you share it with. An organization product is visible to everyone in your organization. Products are never visible outside your organization.

There is no public setting. Even organization products stay inside your organization.
Choose when you create a product
When you create a workspace, Enzzo asks for its privacy settings. Choose Set this product as private or Set this product as organization-wide. If you don't choose, the product is private. New versions and child workspaces copy the setting of the product they come from.
Change it later
1. Open Privacy Settings
On the product's Overview page, click Privacy Settings.
2. Pick the setting
Under Privacy, choose Organization or Private. You'll see "Privacy settings updated."
Only the product owner can change the setting.
FAQ
Can my organization's admins see my private products?
No. Private products are visible to you and the people you share them with.
Can anyone outside my company see an organization product?
No. Organization means everyone in your organization, and no one outside it.
