Collaboration and permissions in Enzzo

Enzzo has two layers of access. Organization roles decide what someone can do across Enzzo. Product access, View or Edit, decides what they can do in a specific workspace.
Organization roles
Manage roles under Settings › Team Members.
Role
What it allows
Owner
Owns the organization. Changes members' seat types and approves seat requests.
Full seat
Full access to Enzzo AI, workspaces, personas and more.
Manager
Adds documents, edits organization information, invites people and manages shared personas.
View seat
View and comment only.
• Owners and Managers invite people with Invite. Enterprise organizations accept invitations to your company email domain.
• People who sign up with your company domain join your organization automatically.
• A View user who tries to edit sees Request Full Access. The Owner accepts or declines the request under Requests.
Product access
Each product has two access levels, View and Edit.
• The product owner always has Edit.
• In an organization-wide product, everyone in the organization can view it.
• Edit access comes from owning the product or being shared as an Editor.
Share a product
1. Open Share
Click Share in the workspace header, or + next to Collaborators on the Overview page.
2. Add people
Enter an email, choose View or Edit and click Share. Invitees get an email.
• Only the product owner can share, change or remove collaborators.
• You can share with people in your organization, including parent, child and sister organizations, up to 10 collaborators.
• Copy Link creates a link with View or Edit access. It works for signed-in members of your organization, expires after 7 days and never lowers anyone's existing access.
• Someone without access can click Become a Collaborator to request it. The owner approves or rejects the request.
Comments and notifications
• Comments & Suggestions let editors start threads, reply and upvote on Overview sections, requirements, the competitive matrix, images and videos. Enzzo can add its own reply.
• In the document editor you can comment and @mention teammates, who are notified by email and in the app.
• Several people can edit a document at the same time and see each other's cursors.
• The Notifications panel shows shares, comments, access requests, approvals, assignments and changes.
• Follow a product to get emails when it changes.
If you don't see comments in your workspace, contact your Enzzo team.
FAQ
Can I invite someone outside my company?
No. Enzzo has no guest access or public links. Everything stays inside your organization.
How long does a share link work?
7 days, and only for signed-in members of your organization.
Who can change who has access to a product?
The product owner.
