Generating a gate deliverable deck
By Maja Gunz · 4 min read · Last updated October 2026
The last task in each gate, Phase Wrap-Up (Gate Deck), builds an executive-ready deck from everything the gate produced. You can generate it in one go or refine it slide by slide, then export it to PowerPoint or Google Slides.
What the gate deck is
Each gate ends with a deck that pulls the gate's evidence into one narrative for the people who decide whether the product moves forward. Enzzo builds it from your task outputs and workspace data, in your organization's theme colors, with a crisp, data-first tone.
Generate the deck
1. Open the wrap-up task
Open the gate and start Phase Wrap-Up (Gate Deck), the last task in the list.
2. Check the inputs
Enzzo first checks that the gate's tasks have their outputs, and names anything missing so you can fill the gap.
3. Choose a pace
Say "Fast-track the deck" to generate it all at once, or review the outline and work through it slide by slide.
4. Review the result
Enzzo saves the deck and confirms in chat with the slide titles and key numbers. The task is marked Done.
What goes into a deck
The outline follows the gate. Decks typically cover the opportunity and strategic fit, market size, target segments and personas, the customer evidence, competitive position, feasibility, financials, risks, and the ask and next steps. Earlier gates lean on opportunity and evidence. Later gates lean on solution, financials and the investment case.
Find, edit and export
• The deck is saved in the workspace under Artifacts › Pitch Deck. The gate's Review Deck button opens it too.
• You can edit the deck in Enzzo.
• From the deck menu, choose Export to PowerPoint (.pptx) or Export to Google Slides. Google Slides needs your Google account connected under Settings › Integrations.
• Each task's document output can also be exported on its own as PDF, DOCX, Confluence or Notion.
FAQ
Can I generate the deck before every task is done?
Enzzo checks the gate's tasks first and tells you what is missing. Finishing those tasks gives the deck the evidence it needs.
Can I export the deck as a PDF?
Export to PowerPoint or Google Slides, then save it as a PDF from there.
