Customizing your stage-gate process

Your company may run gates its own way. The Enzzo team can set up a stage-gate program for your organization so Enzzo follows your gates and tasks. Contact your Enzzo team to tailor it to your process.
What can be tailored
The Enzzo team can create an organization-specific program template. Your organization then uses it in place of the standard Enzzo Gates program. It can set:
• gate names and order;
• which tasks are in each gate, and their names and order;
• which tasks are switched on.
Contact your Enzzo team to tailor the gate program to your organization's process.
What you can adjust in a workspace
• Assign a Task Owner to each task.
• Attach Reference Files to a task, such as your own templates or past examples.
• Check the Organization Template in the task's side panel to see a sample of the expected output.

Can I change the gates myself in settings?
No. Changes to the program are made by the Enzzo team for your organization.

Usually the person who owns your organization's stage-gate process. Contact your Enzzo team to start.
