Shared personas: one persona library for your organization
By Maja Gunz · 3 min read · Last updated October 2026
Shared personas are a persona library for your whole organization. A Manager sets them up once, and anyone can bring them into a workspace, so every product team starts from the same customer definitions.
Set up shared personas
Managers, Owners and Admins set up shared personas under Settings › Corporate › Personas.
• Import persona: upload an existing persona as an image, PDF, PPT or PPTX file. Enzzo pulls out the persona and uses a photo from the file as the portrait.
• Add new persona: create one by chatting with Enzzo.
Each persona card has See Details, Edit, Delete and Regenerate Summary.
If you don't see the Corporate tab in Settings, contact your Enzzo team.
Use them in a workspace
1. Open Personas
In the workspace, go to Personas and click New Persona.
2. Import
Choose Import persona. This option appears when your organization has shared personas.
3. Pick personas
Select the personas to add, then click Add All or Add Selected.
You need edit access to the workspace. After you import, Enzzo updates the workspace requirements to reference the new personas. Enzzo can also suggest shared personas in chat, for example during workspace setup or in gate tasks.
Imported personas are copies
Importing makes a copy in the workspace. Later edits to the shared persona don't change workspaces that already imported it, and edits inside a workspace don't change the shared persona.
FAQ

Managers, Owners and Admins.
If I update a shared persona, do my workspaces update?
No. Each workspace keeps its own copy. Import the updated persona again where you need it.
