Portfolio analytics: your products across gates

The Analytics page gives Owners, Managers and Admins a view of the whole product portfolio: how many products you have, how many sit in each gate, and how your team uses Enzzo.
Open Analytics
In the sidebar, go to Admin › Analytics. The page is available to Owners, Managers and Admins.
What it shows
• Product Portfolio: your total number of products and their product types.
• Stage Product Metrics: how many products are in each phase, from Opportunity Screen to Engineering Spec Development, by month and in total, as bar and pie charts. A product's phase is based on its completed gate decks.
• Persona Portfolio: the personas across your products.
• Artifact counts and active users.
Export the data
Click Download .csv to export the data, or export it to XLSX for your own reporting.
FAQ
Why hasn't a product moved to the next phase?
Phases are counted from completed gate decks. A product moves on when its gate deck task is done.
Can every member see Analytics?
No. It's for Owners, Managers and Admins.
